Hostel – home away from home
The students at our college experience a very homely ambience at the hostel. We provide separate hostel facilities for boys & girls with excellent breakfast, lunch & dinner. Round the clock security & friendly wardens which gives students a very homely atmosphere
Terms & Conditions
• All students should be resident in the Hostel and shall be under the direct care and supervision of the sister-in-charge/ Warden of the Hostel.
• No student will be permitted to stay ouside, with relatives or friends
• When a student is ill, he/she should report to the principal so that the students may be cared for by the institution faculty.
• Students are allowed only once in a month to go to their local guardian’s houses
• Prior written permission should be obtained from the warden for all outings and the student should be back by 6:30 p.m.
• Relatives and friends are not permitted to visit students during duty hours or class hours. Arrival from a distant place will not entitle a visiting relative to see the student during class hours. On off days student are NOT LEAVE BANGALORE CITY without the knowledge of the principal and the written permission of the warden. Smoking and Drinking in the premises is strictly forbidden.
• Ragging in all its forms is banned & it is treated as a cognizable offence. Any student found guilty of ragging will be suspended and / or dismissed at the discretion of the Management. Taking or administering any harmful drug not authorized by competent authority is strictly forbidden. In order to curb such tendency amongst the students it has been decided that any student found in possession of any unauthorized drug will be summarily DISMISSED. Use of Electric stoves, Immersion – Heaters, Iron Box, Kerosene stoves or hazardous items in the living rooms is strictly forbidden in order to prevent fire.
• Use of Tape Recorders, Radio, Mini TV are forbidden in the living rooms. The Warden check the rooms and cupboards of the residents at any time without any prior notice |

Sports
To begin with we have large playground in the campus. With excellent facility for all games – like cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis & badminton etc. we invest in sports equipment to give the best facilities to our students All the students are encouraged to excel and participate in programmes, at the university, state and national level. cultural programmes are organized regularly according to the academic schedule of the respective colleges.
Conduct & Discipline
Students are required to maintain ethical & professional standards.
Students should make every effort to take care of the college hostel and outside student facilities.
Students are required to follow the rules and regulations laid down by the hostel and college authorities.
The authority has all the rights to take decision of suspension, dismissal of any student whose behavior and conduct is found to be not satisfactory in and outside the college campus
Voluntary Withdrawal
Students who voluntarily withdraw form the school/college shall be required to pay the full fees for the entire programme. The fees already paid will not be refunded.
Internal Assessment
There shall be internal assessment which follows the principles laid by the college & university in each subject in theory & practicals separate for which prescribed % of marks are set apart & that will be added to the final marks in the university / board examination
Attendance Progress & Conduct
Each student must have certificate of satisfactory attendance, progress & conduct from the principal of the respective college of examination. A prescribed % of attendance is must in theory & practical separately in each subject.
Placement
The college has a full fledged training & placement cell headed by a qualified & experienced placement offcer, to provide in-plant training & industrial visits for all students. Students who successfully complete their courses can register their names with this cell for any assistance in getting a job.
The placement cell has networked with premium companies to offer placements to our students.
Auditorium
We also encourage the students to have fests & exchange programmes hence a state of the art auditorium work is in progress.
Staff
Our Colleges have a team of highly experienced & qualified teaching staff. Our teaching faculties are highly experienced, innovative & senior faculty members. Each student’s self-esteem is fostered by positive relationship with students & staff.
I. D. Card
The I. D. CARD will be issued to all the students. After admission the card will be valid only if the duly signed by the principal with his seal. The student will be allowed to enter the college premises only on production or his/her card. In case the I.D.CARD is lost a duplicate card will be issued on the payment Rs. 100/- |
